"My neighbor was the first COVID-19 death in Skagit county.Today I took photos of Clear Lawn Service mowing and maintaining yards in my gated, retirement community. Two trucks, two trailers full of tools and mowers. And several workers doing lawn care as usual. I am a senior & very high risk due to health. This concerns me deeply. Photos available if needed.
