"Richmond American Homes is a new residential construction company, they are not emergent or maintenance and have received multiple letters/emails to hault all work, that they are not essential but are requiring their workers such as superintendents and assistants to go to work. They have received warning from the Master Builders Association and have not complied. Several workers are higher risk with diabetes and Asthma, but are not allowed to take time off and get unemployment. If they do, they have to use vacation hours or not get paid and risk losing their jobs. I know Joel is in charge of the bonney lake tehaleh location. Other sites are doing the same thing." -
