"NPL Construction replaces existing natural gas pipes. These existing natural gas pipes have no issues and are not leaking, providing no danger to customers. Although this type of work is an essential infrastructure upgrade, it is not essential. They have recently started work for the construction season, putting there employees at risk while they should be self isolating. Putting their families and the public in whole at risk. I feel they are not taking this pandemic serious and am afraid that lives will be lost because of this, to just make money. We in Spokane can recover from the economy, we cannot recover from the deaths of thousands." -
