"We a have a plumbing project here where all the units are getting new plumbing. It was an assessment from about 6 months ago. The majority of us ate over 60 and are at high risk. We want to know if it is legal for them to continue work being the governor has ordered a stay at home order. We are very uncomfortable having all the workers go in and out of our units at this time." - Linda Hartline
