"Landscaping is defined as outdoor maintenance. And outdoor maintenance is clearly defined as a non essential business in the new guidelines under the stay at home order. This business operates out of a residential household and employees report to work there every day. The company has been operating every day since the order was put into place. I know because I have them as my landscapers. I have spoke with the owner who gave me some run around about how he doesn't have to close. I know this is not the case. He should close his business like the rest of us had to and follow the order. he is putting himself his employees and customers at risk." -
