"I also run a tax prep office and am self employed. I wanted to check on others so I called and was told I could drop off my paperwork. With a very bit of pushing I was told I could wait in lobby and talk to whoever I needed to. I do see the exception however they nor I qualify for this. Almost all of their employees are over 60.
