"They are trimming the grass at Bothell Ridge Apartments (owned by Essex). Not doing maintenance. Just cutting the verge. The company here does NOT cut trees off the road. The apt manager emailed me a letter from "Natl Landscape Professionals" claiming to be essential but the WA governor clearly said they are not. Every Tuesday they're out there." - Daniel Wheeler
