"Mr Tim Libs of Baseline Land Surveying was hired by my neighbor to survey our joint property line. A search of the state licensing for both Land surveyor in training and/or professional land surveyor did not indicate a license of any kind for Mr. Tim Libs. Mr Libs damaged my concrete driveway and left an unmarked deep "fence post" type hole for someone or something to become injured. There is no doubt that my dog would have had a broken leg if she had stepped into this hole. This survey was not essential business and brought Mr. Libs into my personal space for what appears to be an unlicensed survey." - Anne Coxon
