"this is a multifamily residence. One of the tenants has decided to list their unit and the HOA has no problem if they follow the strict guidelines published by Wash State. The real estate agent and clients are not following the guidelines at all.They are showing up at all times without an appointment, no face masks or gloves, no cleaning is being done upon departure and they are bringing in up to three people into a tiny hallway shared by my unit. This makes the situation extremely unsafe. What are our rights? can we shut down the listing until things are safe as they are ignoring the rules?" - Jim meyer
