"They have online ordering and note only 6 people inside at one time. I have been 3 times and they are not wearing masks, no protective barrier for them and between 10-20 people inside their coffee shop at one time. Say they will not bring it outside and we have to go inside even though we did not feel safe." - Anonymous
The aforementioned complaint was filed in Seattle, Washington on Sunday May 10, 2020 with DOH doh.information@doh.wa.gov against Coffeeholic saying, Essential business not following social distancing requirements. No email address was given and no phone number was given.
