"Employees are being told by management and corporate to answer the phone to take phone orders for curbside, and by order of management, to inform the customer the store is actually open for public shopping, against the Phase in approach from Gov Inslee. This store has been open for public shopping against Phase 2 or reopen and against Phase 1 since April 15. They are not doing curbside only, and allowing customers to shop. The employees are expected and required to wear masks, yet they do not." - Anonymous
The aforementioned complaint was filed in Vancouver, Washington on Sunday May 10, 2020 with L&I DOSH Nathan Kresse against Craft Warehouse saying, Essential business not following social distancing requirements. No email address was given and no phone number was given.
