"The office staff do not follow social distancing business having potlucks, sharing offices, mingling in offices all while not wearing masks. There is over 10ppl in the office participating in these activities. Many staff can work from home but they do not because “the do not want to stay home”. Office staff is in contact with many patient care clinicians but office has no regard for infection control." - Anonymous
