"I run a motel I seen 3 people enter one of my registered guests rooms at around 10:30 pm. I called to ask the extra 3 people to leave, about 4 mins later a guy unidentified comes into my lobby with the registered guest and states he is a barber and is doing his hair and the two other people are his assistants. He gave me his business card and I told him it is against governors orders to being doing hair he said it was allowed because it was for free." - Anonymous
The aforementioned complaint was filed in Everett, Washington on Monday May 11, 2020 with DOL bpdcustomersupport@dol.wa.gov against GIFTED HAIR & FASHION Consulting LLC saying, Business function performed that is non-essential. No email address was given and no phone number was given.
