I have complained to Kitsap County DCD. animal control and county commissioner. Why is it mandated to stay at home and we cannot even get our hair cut but, Tina Stafford and other businesses using this property can make money and train THE PUBLIC'S DOGS AS IF THIS IS A FREAKIN STATE PARK and this property is zoned RR and these are other businesses using this property????????? WE ARE SICK OF THE BARKING AND PUBLIC UP AND DOWN THE SIDE OF RESIDENTIAL HOUSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
