"For the last two weeks there have been numerous people (between 6-11) in a small shared space. Some working out, one being treated by Dana (chiropractic) and one doing physical therapy. There have also been individuals who are not employees spending the day there. One even had a dog and was sitting behind the counter. Social distancing is not enforced and providers are not wearing masks." - Anonymous
