"Neither the manager nor the maintenance man wear masks, even when walking side by side (less than 6') about the grounds. Normally this only endangers themselves. However, they are planning to inspect all the units soon. This entails at least two people entering and walking through each and every resident's apartment. Many people living at the Rhododendron - and, for that matter, at other Housing Kitsap properties - are elderly and/or have health conditions.
