"Witnessed at least 6 workers all working less than 6 ft from one another and not one was wearing a mask and I only saw 2 employees with gloves on. Restaurant had 0 protocol in place to keep patrons sepatated; patrons were coming in and out of a very small cashier spot with no distancing. I will not be a patron there from now on after seeing that. Absolutely no attempt and no regard to adhere to any of the restaurant requirements." - Anonymous
The aforementioned complaint was filed in Eatonville, Washington on Friday May 15, 2020 with DOH doh.information@doh.wa.gov against Varsity Pizza saying, Essential business not following social distancing requirements. No email address was given and no phone number was given.
