"I went to get a pick-up order, there were at least 20 people waiting inside, everyone was standing shoulder to shoulder, crammed into the entry way and waiting area. There were also at least 15 more people waiting outside. None of the employees were enforcing social distancing and most of the customers and all of the employees were not wearing masks." - Julie
