Officers reportedly saw a vehicle driving erratically. They attempted to stop the vehicle, but it drove away. The officers found the vehicle about 7 p.m. Police said Daniel Hambrick got out of the car with a gun in his hand, and Officer Andrew Delke shot and killed him.
