The Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office said Neuman would not get out of his vehicle after it crashed near a Deep Fork Wildlife pond. When Neuman got out of the car he was armed and began shooting at people. A deputy fired back and hit Neuman who then fell into the pond. Emergency crews attempted to pull Neuman from the water but he began shooting again, prompting the deputy to shot him again. Emergency crews were then able to extract Neuman from the water and attempted to revive him, but he died at the scene.

Sometimes the people killed by police were not victims. The Boston Marathon bombers are a good example. On the list due to being killed by police but not victims either.

This man was released from jail after he murdered his tiny little wife in front of her children. He was wearing a monitor when he was shot. He was shot because he was shooting at EMS and Fire dept. he is no victim. However if u want to bash the judge and DA who let him out. That would be the district Gore, Ok. Those guys suck at their job! The cop is a badass!!! Saved a lot of people that day. This site is a sad joke without any substance. Just so u know!
