Deputies were called around 12:30 a.m. for shots being fired. Deputies determined the shots had been fired from someone inside of a vehicle. A deputy spotted a vehicle a short time later and attempted to pull it over. The driver did not stop and the deputy pursued the vehicle. The driver stopped at an intersection, and an officer opened shot and killed one of the people inside the vehicle.
