Police were dispatched to a home about 11 a.m. When they arrived, they learned that Gregory Allen Tilly had shot out of a window of his mobile home. Officers tried to get Tilly out of the home, but he refused to leave. While officers were talking with Tilly, he exited the home with a gun in his hand, and a trooper shot and killed him.
