Officers were called to an apartment complex, after Redding police received reports of a disturbance involving a man armed with a rifle and handgun, police said. The man, allegedly armed with a pistol and rifle, refused to leave the apartment, which wasn't his home. About 15 minutes later, four officers shot the man after he allegedly refused to follow officers' commands to drop his gun.
