Wilmington Police Corporal Thomas Oliver Jr. was charged with raping a woman in his patrol car. He allegedly pulled her over, asked him to sit in the front seat of his car, told her that he had a warrant for her arrest, and said that he would get rid of the warrant if she performed a sex act on him.
This is yet another example of what type of people work as police officers.
