Enrique Suave on Facebook is not who he says he is. He really is Deputy Tom Jacobs of the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office (MCSO). I know him personally from when I was an inmate at the Multnomah County Detention Center (MCDC) and he threw me in hole for exercising my First Amendment rights. Last summer I was researching MCSO Facebook pages and stumbled on a profile under the name Enrique Suave and instantly recognized Jacobs.
My sympathies to anyone he might be catfishing with this profile.
