Jeremy Christian needs to stop killing. Killing the canteen at the Multnomah County Jail that is. Upon seeing Jeremy at his trial yesterday I estimate he has gained at least 25 to 30 pounds since I last saw him in the 4B housing unit at the Multnomah County Detention Center (MCDC) in November of 2018. The jail hardly feeds people anything for free, so obviously he has been getting a big bag of junk food at least once, probably twice a week. You can always tell which inmates get commissary because they grow.
That is what happens when people are forced to choose between not eating and eating nothing but junk food. They end up like Jeremy Christian or worse. In one case a weirdo named Andrew Kowalczyk went from being just over 200 pounds to over 480 pounds over several years he spent at MCDC. He did it by maxing out his canteen every week and eating all of it. He ended up getting life and was shooting for insanity with his weight gain among his proof but the jury did not buy it.
If Jeremy Christian wants to make it thorough his trial without suffering a massive coronary he needs to stop killing the canteen. He can try to slow the gain with healthier choices, but when the healthiest thing on the menu is beef jerky sometimes the best alternative to getting fatter is bad cholesterol.
