Dallas Police officer Tyrone Williams Jr. was arrested today for child sexual assault. According to media reports, the Dallas Police Department (DPD) is not releasing any further details at this time other than saying his arrest was the result of an internal affairs investigation. He was booked into the Dallas County Jail and is currently being housed in cell 2WL11 at the North Tower Detention Facility, but he probably will not be there for long because his bail is currently listed as just $25,000. Hopefully that amount will be enhanced by the time he is finished making his first appearance before Judge Isabel Cruz.
