Travis Richards must work for Vancouver Auto Center because when he ratted out Power Motorsports and Motosport Hillsboro for offering to deliver to Washington residents he gave the phone number 3606004242 which is listed as belonging to "MOTORS STUDENTSREVI" at the Vancouver Auto Center's address. Vancouver Auto Center is a car dealership just like Power Motorsports and Motosport Hillsboro, so it looks like someone spotted an opportunity to eliminate the competition by keeping them from delivering to their area.
The problem with this complaint is that delivering is exactly what businesses, including restaurants, are being told to do right now. They are being told to stop letting people gather at their stores, showrooms, etc. and instead to offer take out or delivery instead. Travis Richards is reporting Power Motorsports and Motosport Hillsboro for doing nothing wrong.
The first message from travisr711[at]gmail.com sent on April 8, 2020 was about Power Motorsports and read as follows:
"They are located in Oregon but are advertising that they will sell and deliver motorcycles to residents in SW Washington clearly violating the Governor's orders. They had it advertised right on their website yesterday and I have heard from people that they have contacted them and they offered to deliver and sale to customers in Washington taking the motorcycle right to their Washington Residence."
His second message was about Motosport Hillsboro and read as follows:
"They are selling new and used bikes to Washington Residents and offering delivery to these resident's residences in Washington."
