Has an active domestic violence restraining order against him for assaulting/choking his now ex-girlfriend on the night of June 3rd, 2025. The neighbors in his previous apartment complex witnessed and overheard the abuse and one man intervened which allowed his now ex to escape from him and they called 911. He inflicted cuts on himself and lie that she assaulted him first to not go to the jail. He then attempted to bribe his neighbor to say that she overheard his ex girlfriend threatened to kill him so he acted purely out of self defense. He also got his fellow co worker Nazario Ruiz to falsely testify for him despite Ruiz never meeting the victim. He was found guilty but only got off because he is a cop. After that, he further retaliated by filing 3 false police reports on her.
