On July 11, 2019 in a legal affidavit (and audio) filed with the Clark County, NV Courts and the State of Nevada by licensed Private Investigator Patrick Hardy #1814. Kerran Dade was interviewed while incarcerated at the Clark County Detention Center. Kerran Dade fully recanted her full story admitting she made all of this up to benefit her outcome in another court case. This affidavit officially clears Mr. Aaron Manfredi of all accusations and charges. A sit down interview was conducted at a later

Someone claiming to be Mr. Manfredi sent us a PDF of what appears to be an affidavit signed by one Kerran Dade and notarized by a notary public named Patrick M. Hardy on October 5, 2020. We are currently attempting to verify the authenticity of the document because anyone can make a PDF.


If the PDF is authentic then it would mean that someone named Kerran Dade has admitted in writing under oath that she falsely accused a juvenile correctional officer named Aaron Manfredi of having sex with her in the laundry room at the Clark County Juvenile facility 10 years ago.


The PDF further alleges that Detective Chris Hall provided her with contraband and that she testified falsely in court after Hall led her to believe that she would be charged if she did not cooperate.

I was falsely accused leading to the link on your page. I have a court document showing my full recant from my accuser which is why I'm eligible for employment again and have no criminal record. How do we clear this up? Do you believe that people falsely accused should get their name and reputation back? Thank you.
