Part 6.

Subsequently Harrold's wife, Jill had to have a no contact order placed on her for threatening and harassing Eubanks. She claimed she knew better than to believe Harrold even would have had a gun let alone more than one with him, and Harrold had only threatened Eubanks with a "beating" and that Eubanks had previously told her that he didn't do threats and that if he came to his home would simply just kill him.

All of this was quoted by Eubanks several years after the fact while he was drinking with close friends. He capped off the story by saying

"It doesn't matter who shoots first, as long as you are the only one left, and it looks like they shot at you"

They then took a sample of Eubanks blood and confiscated the firearm he had used to kill Harrold. According to Eubanks the situation was explained as a self-defense case to KSP and asked for "professional courtesy" in the matter when it came to Eubanks possibly being charged. He was even allowed to continue working until his blood sample was reported positive for drugs. He claims because of coupled with Harrold's wife making threats, he was then given the option to resign in leu of being terminated.

and just maybe he wouldn't be if Dejarnette would have either showed up or sent the deputy that was on duty" Eubanks then tells the sheriff his version of what happened, and that he had in fact been sleeping with Harrold's wife prior to the standby call he had served between the two, and this was the result. Then the sheriff called KSP per protocol. They arrived, conducted an investigation, took Eubanks statement, then asked about the camera and was told it was just for looks and didn't actually work bc he didn't even have home internet.

Then went and removed the SD card from his camera that was in the kitchen window and called the sheriff's office again, but this time told Dejarnette there was no use in sending a deputy or EMS because Harrold was dead. Dejarnette then called the sheriff directly. The direct calls were apparently made in order to limit the contact evidence that would have been available if he had simply called 911. According to Eubanks the sheriff showed up a little while later, alone, in a panic, and not knowing how to handle it. Eubanks said he replied "there's not a lot you can do now, he's dead...

but he didn't send any help. Harold arrived shortly after and was yelling and ready to fight. Eubanks apparently told him to stop as he got out of his car, but said Harrold kept yelling at him calling him a pu$$y saying he wouldn't do it, so as he stepped away from his car, Eubanks shot him a single time in the chest. Eubanks said he told Harrold "You see now stupid", as Harrold tried to keep breathing, then died a couple of minutes later. He was unarmed. Eubanks then went and found a pistol and fired a single round into the wall just above his porch door, then cleaned and tossed the gun towards Harrold.

Every bit of that was a LIE!!! He was unarmed and murdered as he got out of his car. It was admitted by and even bragged about Eubanks about how he got away with it. Harrold's wife Jill was in fact having an affair with Eubanks and was there with Eubanks that very day. Her car was spotted parked at Eubanks garage that was down the hill from his home and Harrold found out about it. Harold called Jill and was irate making threats and said he was on his way there. She left and Eubanks claims he called the sheriff's office and told Chris Dejarnette what was going on.
