The Seattle Police Department appears to under the control of a delusional Chief that thinks having a precinct occupied for 23 days is a victory. That Chief is Carmen Best and yesterday Mayor Jenny Durkan ordered her evict protesters for the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ) a.k.a. Capitol Hill Organized Protest (CHOP). In the process over 30 peaceful demonstrators were imprisoned and a lot people were injured. This timing of this attack is suspicious as it comes just a day after protesters marched on the home of Mayor Durkan. Was Mayro Durkan retaliating for outing her secret hideout? We think so. See, her secret hideout was an address exempt from public records disclosure due to her previous employment as a United States Attorney. Apparently the state of Washington has some law against disclosing home addresses in public records for certain types of government officials. Fortunately a member of the Seattle City Counsel named Kshama Sawant new where it was and told everybody. Now the location basically is public record since anyone is free to write an article about that protest and say where it was. Thank you Kshama Sawant.
Since the CHAZ is no more and the good people of CHOP need new places to exercise their First Amendment rights we want to help them choose places where they know that they will be heard. That is why we did a little public records research project focusing on the Seattle Police Department Command Staff (https://www.seattle.gov/police/about-us/about-the-department/command-staff) and Mayor Durkin. It is our hope that the good people of Seattle will continue their peaceful demonstrations and make themselves heard.

***On June 30, 2020 protesters marched on Jenny Durkan's mansion (see video below). We believe the above address to be the end destination of that march, but have yet to confirm it 100%. We are however about 90% sure that is it. None of the main stream news outlets that covered the march showed exactly where they were, but this address does match several descriptions of a location in the Windermere Park neighborhood within a short walking distance of Magnuson Park where the march began. We are posting this address to prevent future marchers from getting lost by making their destination easier to find. Apparently Durkan was able to hide this address from public records under some state confidentiality law due to her prior work as a United States Attorney. So, although technically DoxBin.org is not a public records site, we have every right to report that a newsworthy march took place at this location on June 30, 2020. Whether the organizers of the march initially got the address legally or not is ultimately irrelevant due to the fact that a newsworthy protest took place there and the fact that a protest took place there is not subject to confidentiality laws. So, we have the right to say that people marched on that house at that location and their reason was that it is Jenny Durkan's house.
**Durkan claimed that the address needed to be kept "classified" due to death threats received while a federal prosecutor. We think that a better way to keep Durkan from getting death threats would be for her not to put people in prison and free the people that she has locked up.
