This info is false. He was murdered by the West Virginia state police. He was laying in bed asleep. The cops said he pointed a gun at them and its a lie. He was covered up to his chin. Lying flat on his back. He was shot two times threw his right ear and 8 times threw the chest. He wasnt even looking at the police. They barged in the house didnt announce there self ran straight to the room and unloaded there ar15 on him. They were only on scene for 40 seconds. They ran in killed him and ran out and this all happened while his wife was on the phone with 911. His 16 year old daughter at the time stood and watched the officers murder her father.
