About 7:30 p.m., officers with the ****** Fort Police Department and the Stonewood Police Department were dispatched to a residence in reference to a domestic incident taking place. Upon arrival, Leneard Bliss was found armed with a knife and assaulting a woman. Officers shocked Bliss with a Taser and then a Stonewood officer shot and killed him.
