Multiple Fed Marshals ambushed Scott, zapped him with a taser then shot him SEVEN times!! Scott was unarmed & posed no threat to anyone, he wasn't fleeing, he was grieving the loss of his father!

How was this a justifiable shooting? Scott was incapacitated from the taser so WHY SHOOT HIM SEVEN TIMES? This was over-kill & cold-blooded murder! What aren't these killers on death row! What is Wrong with this world & society?
