Washington Data Dump File 2:

"Letting 75 people in at a time" - Danielle reynard

The aforementioned complaint was filed by Danielle reynard in Marysville, Washington on Monday May 11, 2020 with No Agency against power alley fitness saying, Non-essential business is open. Email address given was dhreynard@gmail.com and phone number given was 6153108733.

The problem with her complaint is that if she does have a DV order that it would mean that she is a snitch that ratted out her ex to get the DV order. Such orders are typically granted if someone goes to a court and says someone is a threat to them. The burden of proof necessary is typically quite thin and even if it were not it would be completely irrelevant to whether or not having such an order is enough to get the page removed. It seems more like something someone would say in an effort to get around the fact that we don't remove this kind of stuff.

Furthermore even if some out of state judge were to tell us to we wouldn't comply with it anyway because we don't have to honor court orders from other jurisdictions.

The person claiming to be this person sent us the following message:

"I have now requested that my name, email address and phone number be removed from your site. I have a DV Protective Order against my ex and the publishing of this information is putting my safety at risk. I am in hiding and my address is in another state. He has done these types of things previously and was in both my phone and computer. Expert hacker. I already emailed the poster who put this up to remove it. This is the third time I have sent a removal request to your site. If it is not removed promptly, I will seek a court order to have it removed and damages resulting from my safety being violated. "

Someone claiming to be this person has been resorting to threats against this website and someone we believe to be this person has been threatening us via social media. We say believe because whenever we sent emails to the above account which was submitted in the from box on our contact form, we never received a reply, so it could be someone else.

That said, for all we know someone else could have impersonated this person while submitting this complaint to the state of Washington. That is true but if it is she has a bigger problem because it would mean that someone is stealing her identity and using it to submit false information to the government. If anyone is ever convicted of that we will look into it. If someone is ever charged and we believe that they did that we will say so.
