"Dr Walker started back to work on May 4th. The staff was promised to be provided with the means to be able to do temperature checks on staff and patients, face shields and N95 masks for everyone’s safety, emergency patients only as well as a high-speed evacuation system . On May 4th, temperature checks were not done, the only ones that were provided an N95 mask were the two dental hygienists and non essential routine care was provided. Face shields are now provided but they do not fit properly and a high speed evacuation system is still not in place making routine care timely and difficult." - Anonymous
The aforementioned complaint was filed in Spokane, Washington on Saturday May 16, 2020 with DOH doh.information@doh.wa.gov against Cascade Dental Care saying, Business function performed that is non-essential. No email address was given and no phone number was given.
