Former Houston Police Captain has been arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for running a repair man off the road as what he claimed was a civilian investigation into voting fraud. He claimed that the man's truck was full of bogus ballots, but it was really full of air conditioner parts. After running the victim off the road, Aguirre held him at gun point. No ballots were found despite Aguirre's belief that the truck contained over 750,000 ballots.

Aguirre was part of a group called the Liberty Center for God and Country (LibertyCGC). LibertyCGC appears to be a group of far right conservative Christian fanatics that support President Donald Trump. According to their website, "The purpose of Liberty Center for God & Country is to promote and protect our God-given, unalienable Constitutional rights and liberties through publications, conferences and events, as well as support legal efforts that protect these liberties."

The incident in question took place on October 19th, but Aguirre was not arrested until recently. He is listed in public records as Mark Anthony Aguirre. He is 63 years old. He has a prior criminal charge for failure to appear in 2018 (case number E103066F).

Apparently Aguirre said that he was investigating a voting fraud scheme run by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

The same group said that the Governor of Texas should be "tarred and feathered" maybe that was more than hyperbole.

Many people are saying that this was a domestic terrorist attack. There certainly is cause to speculate. What exactly did LibertyCGC pay him for?

Additionally, The Liberty Center for God and Country admitted paying his over 200,000 the day after the attack.
