A Nebraska state trooper found the vehicle and attempted to stop the car, but it fled. The trooper pursued the vehicle, and a man started shooting at the trooper. The trooper disabled the vehicle, and the man was shot during an exchange of gunfire, and the woman reportedly produced a gun and was also shot. Both were killed.
