Kamala Harris was not the progressive prosecutor she tries to paint herself as today according to left wing media outlets including The New York Times and Democracy Now. She is in fact a pathological liar who built her career lying for the purpose of putting other people in prison. When running for Vice President in 2020 people started calling her "Kamala the Cop" because as Attorney General she was the "top cop" in the state of California.
HOW PROSECUTORS ARE TRAINED
Prosecutors, like all lawyers, are trained to hammer the other side with as many accusations as the they can find with no regard for the truth. There are of course limited exceptions but they're so few and far between that one should assume anything a prosecutor says to be most likely false. The exceptions are typically limited to situations in which no reasonable person could believe the accusations to be true. If someone says they were brutally beaten by someone with the aide of a Sasquatch they won't argue that claim in court, but if someone alleges the physically possible with no proof the prosecution will almost always claim they're telling the truth for the sole purpose of obtaining a conviction.
Defendants are almost always overcharged with crimes they didn't commit when they likely only committed the less serious offenses on the indictment. Prosecutors are trained to do this for the purpose of gaining leverage in the plea negotiation process. Their superiors encourage this knowing full well that some of the charges cannot be substantiated. They consider knowingly filing fake charges against people to be justified for the purpose of persuading people to plead guilty to the real charges.
Another common form of prosecutorial misconduct accepted as common practice by the prosecutor community is selective prosecution. Selective prosecution takes place when the motive to prosecute is based in part on a person's lawful constitutionally protected activities. In many cases, prosecutors select a target based on complaints they receive even when the target didn't technically break the law or they will over prosecute minor offenses just to incapacitate the target. The statist left seems to be a huge fan of this tactic at the moment and Kamala treats it as evidence of the system working properly. The system is of course as flawed as ever.
It takes a special type of pathological liar to last as a prosecutor because descent people become so disgusted with the system that they become defense attorneys. Kamala Harris is not one of the good people. Crooked Kamala never became a defense attorney. Instead, she thrived in the system, moved up the ladder, became District Attorney of San Francisco, and later Attorney General of California. Crooked Kamala spent her entire career practicing law for the purpose of helping the government tread on you.
KAMALA's RECORD
Crooked Kamala was elected District Attorney of San Francisco in 2004. Under her watch there was a huge crime lab scandal that resulted in 600 wrongful convictions being thrown out over her objection. In that case a lab technician named Deborah Madden was skimming cocaine for her own personal use and writing fake reports. Judge Anne-Christine Massullo ripped Harris' office in open court for failing to comply with the Brady Rule (https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/brady_rule). The Brady Rule was created by the Supreme Court in 1963 and requires prosecutors to share evidence with defense attorneys even if the evidence does not help the government's case. Despite having over 30 years to comply with the rule her office did not have a Brady policy that complied with the Brady Rule (https://www.sfgate.com/bayarea/article/Judge-rips-Harris-office-for-hiding-problems-3263797.php). It is common for law enforcement policies to lag behind the law because when the law changes to the detriment of law enforcement they almost always wait for a defendant to challenge the policy before being forced to change it. This makes it easier for them to violate your rights for the time being.
Crooked Kamala's next atrocity targeted an innocent black man named Jamal Truelove. Truelove was wrongfully convicted of murder in 2010 based on a single eyewitness' testimony and no other evidence. Kamala's office did their best to uphold the conviction despite evidence of gross prosecutorial misconduct. As Attorney General, Crooked Kamala chose to defend the wrongful conviction of an innocent black man named George Gage. Gage had been falsely convicted of sex abuse based on the testimony of just the alleged victim with no additional evidence. The government failed to turn over medical records that contradicted the alleged victim's testimony. They also failed to disclose the existence of a note written by the alleged victim's mother calling her daughter a "pathological liar." Kamala's henchmen managed to avoid justice by arguing that Gage made a technical error while acting as his own lawyer. George Gage is now in his 80s and still serving a death in prison sentence (https://freegeorgegage.org/).
Crooked Kamala refused to support a bill that would have required every police officer to wear body cameras while at the same time encouraging their use. She acted as if it would be too **** ** some departments to comply with such a law (https://www.sacbee.com/news/politics-government/capitol-alert/article22451643.html).
Do you like to smoke weed? If so, you'd still be a criminal if it were up to Crooked Kamala. While she has recently joined Donald Trump by calling for the reclassification of Marijuana from a Schedule I to a Schedule III controlled substance that can legally be prescribed, she opposed California's original 2010 measure to legalize weed in the state (https://www.latimes.com/projects/la-pol-ca-prop-64-last-time-california-tried-to-legalize-weed/).
Are you a parent? If so, has your child ever skipped school? You'd better put a stop to it or Crooked Kamala might put you in jail. In 2011, she supported a bill that allows district attorneys to charge parents if their child misses 10 percent or more of the school year without a valid reason. Many mothers have been arrested as a result with their only criminal record being failure to force their kid to attend class. Being unable to take your kid to school because you have to be at work providing for your kid is not a defense. THE ALTERNATIVE
The best alternative to a prosecutor for President is a convicted felon who knows what it is like to be targeted by prosecutors and has the ***** to fight back. Donald Trump has been fighting tooth and nail in court but more importantly he has been fighting back outside of court. Most people are too afraid of receiving a harsher sentence if they fight back against those responsible for using the system against them. It takes a special type of person to finally stand up and say that he won't tolerate being targeted like that. He is showing people how important it is that people stand up and call out our TOTALLY RIGGED court system as being TOTALLY RIGGED because it is always TOTALLY RIGGED against the defendant.
Donald Trump is a liar, but the motivation for his lies are far more sympathetic in the eyes of this author. Trump lies for his own personal gain in ways that many people can relate to. Trump lies for the purpose of getting a job he wants, keeping his job, getting a loan, making a business deal, etc. but he never made a living lying in court like Crooked Kamala did for decades. Crooked Kamala is the evil of these lessers.
CONCLUSION
Kamala did make some token moves designed to make her look better but her reputation overall is that of a tough on crime prosecutor. A tough on crime prosecutor is way worse than a businessman who generally supports tough on crime prosecutors. At least the businessman is operating from the perspective of someone who until recently had never had problems with law enforcement and thus is generally supportive of them like a lot of people who've never or rarely crossed them are. Donald Trump is many things but at least he is not a cop.
