York pediatrician Dr. Stephen Brennan's attorney are understandably "disappointed" that the York Police Department won't allow them to view video of their client being mauled by Officer Jon Rogers' dog Gunther. The police accuse Brennan of being aggressive towards them of course. They say he wouldn't follow commands and tried to fight them while Gunther was mauling him. Dr. Brennan is 63 years old. It is hard to imagine a 63 year old doctor putting up much of a fight or posing a threat serious enough to justify setting the dog on him.
