Lieutenant Stephen Pina falsely accused me of "cyber terrorism" in 2017 even though he knew that I was in jail and did not have access to the internet. He did not go into specifics in his email to Multnomah County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) Detective Kevin Odil, he just said, "Hello, more Cyber terrorism from inmate Sullivan, Cyrus #677564. FYI." I don't know what prompted this exactly because it was almost three years ago, but due to the circumstances at the time I guess it probably involved me threatening to speak out against his co-workers on this website.
What is Cyberterrorism?
According to one source, cyberterrorism is the "the premeditated use of disruptive activities or the threat thereof against computers or networks with the intention to cause harm." Last I checked threatening to use your own computer to speak out against someone is not a disruptive activity against your computer or your network. In fact, I would go a step further and say that it is not possible for someone to launch a cyber-terrorist attack against their own website. Even if I were threatening to use someone else's computer or network for such activities that would not be cyberterrorism unless it disrupted or threatened to disrupt their service somehow.
