Sean R. O'Neill, Chief of Administrative Appeals at the Office of Information Policy actively covers up prison abuse. I found this out after he told me to file a lawsuit if I want a copy of a surveillance tape that shows me being assaulted by correctional officers at USP Victorville. By denying my FOIA I was forced to file a tort claim and if that is not settled I will sue for the tape as well as compensation.
