a "club house" for informants, rejects, cop callers and who the hell knows what else. they will break into your apartment and spy on you. they are sex offenders and put peepholes in peoples apartments. they try and intimidate people by stomping around like idiots at night and will steal your mail. they will frame you. they cant even show their faces. they creep around and hide their identities by coming and going when people arent looking. talk about the worst kind of informant
