Almost forgot about this one. Counselor Linda Cobb at FDC Sheridan is known as "Miss Useless" by the inmates there for a reason. She is simply not very useful. There is a long line of people outside of her door every day and it seems like she does all she can to process them as quickly as possible, but although that may be understandable from her perspective it leaves most inmates frustrated and without answers.
UPDATE: Stumbled on her Facebook account learned her name and the fact that she is now retired from the BOP.
